帆船运动员体能训练内容与方法

摘    要:备战第11届全运会期间,采用全身训练法和个体化训练法对上海帆船队队员进行体能训练,并对训练效果进行监控与评定.结果显示:男女运动员接受针对性训练后,坐位体前屈、引体向上、双臂屈伸成绩显著提高,控腰时间、立定跳远、沙滩3 000 m跑成绩提高,但无显著性差异;运动员体能水平显著改善,为取得优异成绩奠定体能基础.

Abstract:Specific general and individual training technologies were applied and the performance was evaluated and monitored for Shanghai Sailing Team,during the period of preparing-competition training for the 11~(th) National Games.It shows a great improvement in the performance of sit and reach,pull-up,arms bend and stretch.There is progress in waist control time, standing jump,3,000 meter beach race,though there is no salient difference.The result shows an obvious advance in the level of physical training.
