| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法等,时美国、澳大利亚、中国的运动奖学金管理现状进行分析.结果显示:美国、澳大利亚已形成与各自国情及竞技体育体制相适应、并能产生巨大社会效益的运动奖学金管理体系,而我国运动奖学金管理尚存在诸多问题.从省市高水平运动队、高等体育院校、普通高校3方面探寻我国运动奖学金管理的发展策略.
