| 摘 要： | 社会转型期我国青少年体闲生活方式和体质健康存在问题.休闲体育与青少年有天然的亲合力,可拓展青少年的生活空间,是顺应社会转型的一种健康文明的生活方式.各级政府体育部门应加强公共体育服务,发挥学校教育主导辐射、家庭教育启蒙引导、社会力量关心支持、舆论宣传科学导向的作用,积极构建青少年休闲体育生活方式.
