| 摘 要： | 本文以扬州市“运河杯”中小学教师论文评选为例，集中反映了参赛作者在论文写作中存在的“十大问题”，并在此基础上提出四点理性建议。重点强调要将论文写作视为一种科学的研究过程、一种规范的检验过程、一种系统的建构过程、一种常态的积累过程。

| Abstract: | Taking the case of ＂Yunhe Cup＂ competition Yangzhou City, this paper sums up ten typical problems accordingly puts forward four items of reasoning suggestions of essay writing for school teachers in existing among the competitors, and as follows： a process of scientific research, a process of normative test, a process of systematic construction, and a process of normal accumulation. |
