| 摘 要： | 学习力自1965年随着学习型组织的提出缘起于管理领域,后被迁移到教育领域,主要研究教学中如何构建学习者的学习力以促其有效终身学习。本文运用文献分析法和网络调研法全面梳理了近八年来教育领域学习力研究的主要成果,分别从研究时间、研究对象、研究方法和研究内容四个方面对学习力在国内外教育领域的研究现状展开分析,并提出了学习力研究的发展趋势。
