| 摘 要： | 针对民族问题，中国共产党自成立到抗日战争结束，曾提出民族自决权和建立联邦共和国的设想。解放战争时期，中国共产党承认中国境内各少数民族有平等权利和自治权利，逐渐开始主张在少数民族区域建立少数民族的自治区，但仍试图实行联邦制。随着中国新民主主义革命的胜利，最终确立了在统一的单一制国家结构内实行自治地方的形式。建国后，民族区域自治制度不断发展和完善，成为解决我国民族问题的一项基本政治制度。

| Abstract: | Aiming at ethnic problems, the CPC, from its foundation to the end of China＇ s Resistance War against Japanese Invasion, once put forward the idea of national self-determination and federal republic. During the Liberation War, the CPC admitted that all the ethnic groups in China were entitled to equal rights and autonomous rights, and gradually advocated setting up ethnic autonomous regions in minority nationality areas, but in the meantime still tried to carry out federation. With the victory of the New Democratic Revolution, it finally established the form of autonomous regions in the unified and unitary state structure. Since the foundation of China, the ethnic regional autonomy system has developed and perfected continually and become a basic political system to settle ethnic problems in China. |
