| 摘 要： | 国外技术壁垒的跨跃最根本最长效的途径是出口企业的技术创新。然而由于我国出口企业的绝大多数是中小企业,这些企业个体在技术力量、资金等方面的不足而使其创新受限,难以跨跃国外层出不穷的技术壁垒。而由这些在地理位置上靠近的相互联系的企业和关联的机构所组成的企业集群,由于它们同处于某个特定的产业领域而形成的产业集群则具有强大的技术创新能力。

| Abstract: | foreign technical barriers across the most fundamental way is the best long-term export enterprises in technological innovation.However,due to China's export of the vast majority of small and medium-sized enterprises,individual enterprises in the power of technology,capital and other aspects of the lack of innovation in its limited,it is difficult leap in all sorts of foreign technical barriers.By those geographically close to the inter-related businesses and associated agencies who are part of an enterprise clusters,as they are with a particular industry in the area formed industrial clusters are a powerful technological innovation capability. |
