摘    要:本文从体育这门学科的认知方式入手 ,分析了体育教学落实素质教育的理念。由体育教学中知识内化为能力的基本特征探讨 ,具体到体育教学中知识的传授和能力发展的每一环节。作者认为 ,学生创新的培养 ,应由重视体育知识的传授更注重方法的学习。

Teaching, Experiencing, Transformation and Creation: the New Ideas of Quality Education in PE Teaching
Abstract:Starting from the discussion of the cognizance way of the subject PE, the author analyzed the ideas of quality education fulfilled in PE teaching, including the basic notion of transformation from knowledge to ability and every detailed links from knowledge teaching to ability development in PE teaching. It was suggested that more importance be attached to the learning of sports skill than to the simple teaching of sports knowledge in the training of student's creation ability.
