| Abstract: | First, this article points out the serious situation of reading among Chinese populace. Second, it gives a psychological explanation that how to arouse people＇s excitement efficiently and make people be in-terested in reading, so that people will be realistic reader in the libraries. Meanwhile the author put forward some proper measures to encourage the populace to do more reading. |
