| Abstract: | The management of the electronic reading room is a new problem that confronts the library of an institution of higher learning in the 21st century. This paper makes explorations of how to exercise the scientific management of the electronic reading room in the library of an institution of higher learning from the aspects of environmental management, information resource management, safety management and management modes. Thus, we can continuosly increase its function of service to teaching and scientific research. |
