| 摘 要： | 民国时期，江西推行义务教育面临着师资严重不足的状况。省教育厅通过采取小学师资培训、教员资格检定以及加强对小学的教学督导和考成等措施，最大限度地从数量和质量上保障了义教师资的供给，使江西义务教育得以持续推行。

| Abstract: | Jiangxi Province began starting compulsory education in Min Guo period,faced with the seriously insufficient teacher resources,The Provincial Education Institution took a series of measures,such as:training the primary school teacher,checking the teacher`s qualification and strengthening the teaching supervision and exam-result in the primary school.At that time,these measures to the great extent safeguard the teachers resources both from quantify and guality,and push forward the compulsory education of Jiangxi province. |
