摘    要:在实际生产中,瓦座孔偏心现象非常少见,而且不易被发现。一般解决的方法是使用偏心轴瓦,或者重新加工瓦座孔,将孔修正。本文重点介绍了在短时间内发现偏心瓦座孔问题,以及通过提升轴瓦,将其与瓦座孔之间形成的空隙近似展开为三角形,再用叠合的垫片模拟此三角形来填充空隙,形成一个模拟的偏心轴瓦来解决瓦座孔偏心问题。

Abstract:In the practice, an eccentric bore of bearing support seldom appears and is difficultly observed. The solution is to use an eccentric bush. Another method is to repair the eccentric bore of bearing support and process it in an actual position. This paper clearly introduces the discovery of eccentric bore of bearing support in time. By way of raising the bush, the interspace between the bush and the bearing support is approximately spread out to a triangle. And then, the interspace is filled up with the superposed spacers which look like a triangle. Finally the problem is answered by a simulant eccentric bush.
