| 摘 要： | "注意方式理论"能为篮球运动员提供较好的注意控制模式,并能够为实施各种篮球主要技术提供相应的心理定势情境,使球员能够快速选择正确的注意方式,灵活有效地进行注意的转移,提高球员的反应优势。在优化转移操作过程中运动员应强调对注意的当前性、优势注意的习惯性、弱势注意的发展性、注意方式发生的不同时性、和注意强度波动性的理解及运用。
