| 摘 要： | 通过对体育专业大学生择业、就业困难问题及职业生涯规划情况进行调查分析,提出了体育专业大学生制定职业生涯规划的必要性及意义,以及根据5个"What"分析法分析体育专业大学生自身的特点,自己所能做的和环境支持体育专业大学生所能做的,并确定体育专业大学生自身的最终目标。最后,根据5个"what"分析法制定出适合体育专业大学生的职业生涯规划方案,从而提升体育专业大学生在就业过程中的竞争力。
