| 摘 要： | 在分析当前我国体育产业公司在境内外证券资本市场融资现状的基础上,运用文献资料法、专家访谈、资本投融资理论等方法,探讨在建设体育强国背景下加快我国体育产业公司上市融资的对策。并通过对国务院办公厅于2010年3月24日发布的《关于加快发展体育产业的指导意见》的解读,思考其对于我国体育产业的资金筹措与长远发展所产生的积极影响。我国体育产业公司应争取政策支持,抓住有利时机在市场上市融资,提升公司自主创新能力和综合竞争力。
