| 摘 要： | 通过对山东省少数民族体育的开展现状进行研究分析,从加强理论研究、加强推广少数民族体育项目、培养传承人、构建后备人才体系以及政府的政策与资金支持等6个方面,提出山东省少数民族体育的发展对策,旨在促进山东省少数民族体育的发展。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analysing the current ethnic minority sport in Shandong province,the paper proposes the development measures for the ethnic minority sport in Shandong province,such as strengthening the theoretical research,promoting the ethnic minority sport and nurturing successor,establishing the talent reserve system,government policy and financial support. |
