| 摘 要： | 高校人力资源作为一种极其特殊的人力资源,有着与其他行业、部门人力资源不同的特性。高校体育教师人力资源的质量,直接影响着高校体育教育质量、学生身体健康状况、体育科研水平和办学效益。阐述了体育教师在高校体育教师中的群体特殊性,调查了内蒙古自治区高校体育教师人力师资的实际情况,分析了高校体育教师人力资源管理的特性,以及总结内蒙古自治区高校体育教师人力资源现状。
