| 摘 要： | 阐述了当今世界人权理论发展概况,分析了现今我国教育发展中存在的弊端和由此对学生体育权利带来的不利影响。总结了国内外关于体育权利的研究现状,包括各国相关的法律法规及各国学者对体育权利研究所涉及的内容,对体育权利研究的不同视角作了分析,并对学生体育权利研究群体和研究方法进行了分类。结果表明:体育权利的法律化过程缓慢,当前对学生体育权利保障理论的研究滞后,深度和广度不够,且研究未涉及到小学生和学生中的弱势群体,存在研究盲点。
