| 摘 要： | 文章在研究探讨科学素质相关概念及其内涵的基础上,介绍了国外部分国家有关公民科学素质建设的经验,针对当前我国公民科学素质建设的不足,并结合长三角地区公民科学素质现状调查中的一些发现,提出加强我国公民科学素质建设的对策建议。

| Abstract: | based on analysis of the concept and connotation of scientific quality,this paper first introduced the experience of scientific quality building in some countries abroad,then analyzed some problems exist in scientific quality of our country's citizen in current,lastly,in the light of some discoveries from a survey in Yangtze River Delta,gave some corresponding proposals to improve scientific quality of our country's citizen. |
