| 摘 要： | 文献购置经费不充裕是中小型高校图书馆普遍存在的现象。提出了网络环境下中小型高校图书馆文献购置经费分配的几点建议：采取个性化经费配置方法：以“用”为中心进行文献资源建设，合理分配经费，优化配置文献资源，力求效益最大化。

| Abstract: | The shortage of the purchase outlay of document is a common phenomenon in the small and medium university libraries.This paper puts forward some suggestions on the distribution of the purchase outlay of document in the small and medium university libraries under the network environment,including using personalized funds allocation, constructing document resources with usage orientation,optimizing the allocation of document resources,and properly allocating funds to maximize efficiency. |
