| 摘 要： | 首先回顾我国教育信息服务领域的理论研究成果，发现目前我国系统深入地分析教育信息服务的要素特征和运行规律的实证分析因为实践基础的缺乏而难以展开。其次，从教育信息服务的提供对象、服务内容、服务策略、服务保障等方面对中美两国教育信息服务进行比较。
