| 摘 要： | 比赛阵型是指在比赛场上队员基本位置的排列,是本队攻守力量搭配和职责分工的形式。比赛阵型规定了运动员的主要职责。本文探索现今曲棍球比赛中流行的站位阵型方式,分析五种阵型的攻防特点,结合比赛情况提出日常训练的方式。
