| 摘 要： | 采用文献法和问卷调查法，对216名大学生进行了调查。结果表明：1）在合作学习促进大学生人际关系上，大学生反应较为积极，男女生有显著性差异，女生对学习伙伴存在较高的选择性；2）大学生对于合作学习提高其学习效果基本予以肯定，男女大学生间差异不显著；3）合作学习巧妙地协调了个体化的目标结构与合作的目标结构，符合认知心理学关于认知过程以及认知“精加工”的相关理论，更体现学习者学习的主体地位。其学习的过程即是人的社会化过程。
