| 摘 要： | 以我国“一带一路”发展战略作为时代背景，以广东省滨海体育旅游项目资源作为研究对象，采用文献资料法、调查研究法、逻辑分析法，从广东滨海体育旅游资源现状、体育竞赛类滨海旅游项目开发、文化休闲类滨海体育旅游开发、滨海体育旅游客源现状、滨海体育旅游从业人员现状等方面，对广东省滨海体育旅游资源与开发现状进行了深入的调查和研究，深刻分析了广东滨海体育旅游产业发展在整体发展规划、基础设施建设、专业人才数量、资源环境污染、特色品牌打造等方面存在的主要问题，并提出了有针对性的改进措施，希望为广东滨海体育旅游产业发展提供有益的参考和借鉴。

| Abstract: | This research, taking coastal leisure and sports tourist programs in Guangdong as research objects, adopts methods of documentary study, survey study and logical analysis under the background of One Belt And One Road. It also makes deep survey and research on coastal sports tourist resources and development situation through the current situation, tourist source and employees of coastal leisure and sports tourist resources in Guangdong, as well as development of sports contest coastal tourist programs and cultural leisure coastal sports tourist programs. It analyzes the main problems on infrastructure, brand and quality of employees in coastal sports tourism industry, and puts forwards targeted improvement measures in order to provide reference for development of coastal sports tourism industry in Guangdong. |
