| 摘 要： | 调查分析当前网络专业社会需求和毕业生就业率低下的矛盾，提出高校教师应不断提高自身实践，明确专业培养方向，研究教学方法，强化实验室建设，建立课程互动平台，引入企业认证培训，改进出题方式等可行的方案，切实提高学生动手能力和教学质量。

| Abstract: | Under the investigation of contradiction between current social demand on network professional and low rate of graduate employment, some possible suggestions are put forward such as improving college teachers＇ practical skills,making clear the professional orientation,researching on teaching methods, strengthening lab construction, establishing an interactive platform for courses, introducing a corporate certification training, and changing the form of setting questions in order to improve students＇ ability and teaching quality effectively. |
