| 摘 要： | 替硝唑的改进合成工艺中的重要中间体1-（2-乙硫基乙基）-2-甲基-5-硝基-1H-咪唑的合成，以硫脲和溴乙烷代替一般工艺上的乙硫醇和金属钠制得，收率71％。
