| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育大众化发展的深入，教学型大学科层制的学生组织结构需要自我调适，其趋势就是建立学生工作二级管理体制。一级学生管理部门通过计划、指导、协调、监督进行间接管理。而学生二级管理部门则具体开展科学有效的学生管理工作。

| Abstract: | With the development of higher education popularity,teaching-orientation college students organization structure which adopsts rigidity bureaucracy needs self-adjustment.its self-adjustment is to bulid students work two levels management system..The first level management department manage the affairs by planing,directing,harmorizing and supervising;the secondary management ones should manage the students scientifically and effectuvely. |
