小学中老年教师专业发展的现状与思考

摘    要:专业成长贯穿于教师发展的各个阶段,中老年教师作为学校发展的重要力量,具有职业效能感高、专业知识扎实、教学经验丰富的优势,同时也存在受教学"惯习"束缚,教学反思不够、学习主动性不强等问题。教师之间相互开放课堂,建立实践共同体,制定弹性化的评价机制是促进中老年教师专业成长的有效策略。

Abstract:Professional development is a fundamental task in teachers' different development stages.The middle and old aged teachers play an important role in the development of the primary schools.They have a good sense of professional efficacy.They are knowledgeable and experienced.Meanwhile,they are confined by the conventions of teaching,lack reflections on teaching and initiativity of learning.Opening classroom to each other,building a research community and designing elastic evaluation mechanism are effective strategies to improve the professional development of the middle and old aged teachers.
