| 摘 要： | 电子合同快捷、无纸、高效率、低成本的特点,使其成为21世纪电子商务模式下商品交换和流转的基本形式.但电子合同所特有的问题使传统合同法律制度无法完全适用.建立、完善电子合同法律规范体系已成为当务之急.文章分析了电子合同订立中的一些特殊问题并提出了相关的法律对策.
