| 摘 要： | 跳远成绩主要取决于起跳离地瞬间人体重心腾起的初速度和腾起角度。我国男子跳远运动员在绝对速度和腾起角度上与国外优秀选手存在明显差距。通过对文献资料的分析研究发现我国优秀男子跳远选手在腾起角度上小于国外优秀选手的原因,为在训练中提高我国跳远运动员的运动成绩提供参考。

| Abstract: | Long jumping performance depends mostly on the initial speed and angle of projection of body gravity.There is obvious difference in absolute speed and angle of projection between male long jumpers in our country and abroad.Through documents and literature,this article analyzes the causes of the smaller angles of projection of splendid male long jumpers in our country than that of foreign athletes so as to improve the performance of our country and provide suggestions for training. |
