| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是全新的社会发展理念,对我国高等教育事业的发展提出了更高、更新的要求。本文从科学发展观的内涵出发,阐述了科学发展观对我国高等教育改革与发展的思想统领和实践指导作用,旨在有助于推动我国高等教育事业全面、协调、可持续、健康发展。

| Abstract: | The scientific development view is a new social development thought,it brings a higher and newer demand to develop the higher education enterprise in our country.This paper starts with the intention of scientific development view.It analyses the practice guidance and thought leader role that the scientific development view takes in higher educational development and reform in our country so as to promote the full-scale,coordinative,sustainable and healthy development of higher education in our country. |
