| 摘 要： | 随着贸易自由化改革进程的加快，印度一方面依据其承诺，逐渐取消关税和各种贸易壁垒，另一方面频频动用反倾销这一非传统贸易保护措施，并成为当前世界上使用该措施最多的国家，其主要动机是出于对国内产业的保护，而其它动机则不显著。目前，反倾销措施已成为印度微调进出口政策的一个有力工具。

| Abstract: | With the speeding up of reform of trade liberalization,India,on one hand,has gradually eliminated its tariffs and various trade barriers according to its commitment,and on the other hand,it frequently undertakes antidumping measures–a non-traditional trade protection measure,and thus has become a number country which uses the protection measure most often.Its motive is to protect its domestic industries.At present,antidumping has become a very powerful tool for slightly adjusting Indian import & export trade. |
