| Abstract: | The recursive consumption of the Chinese urbanites,which finds expression not only in their choices of food and clothes but also in their ways of spending leisure time and enjoying old age,reveals both social progress and social problems in the process of modernization.Making good use of the message embodied in the phenomenon of recursive comsumption can bring new opportunities for the healthy development of our national economy and for the smooth function of our society. |
