| 摘 要： | 抗日战争爆发后,随着局势的发展,湘黔铁路潭新段拆毁,新化以西停建,从而很大程度上依靠地理屏障阻挡了日军侵犯湘西。一大批党政军机关、工业和学校迁入,湘西与四川、桂林一起成为抗战时期军政经济文化中心之一。因战而兴的短暂繁荣没能得到长足发展,一个重要原因就是缺乏铁路交通支持。1972年湘黔铁路建成通车,又一次带动湘西社会大变迁。一大批工业随之迁移或投建到湘黔铁路带来的交通便利之处,湘西经济文化中心亦转移到被誉为“火车拖来的城市”——怀化。形成铁路与社会经济发展“共赢”的良性互动关系。

| Abstract: | After China's Resistance War Against Japan broke out, along with the evolution of the situation, the Hunan-Guizhou railway was stopped constructing and demolished. The natural barrier blocked off the aggression that Japanese invading army infringed upon Western Hunan. A large quantity of departments of party? government?military, industries and schools moved inside, Western Hunan together with Sichuan and Guilin became one of the military political, economic and cultural centers during the war. The short flourish stage did not get the substantial development. It was an important reason to lack the support of the railway communication. As being constructed in 1972, the Hunan-Guizhou railway protmoted the great social and economic changes in Western Hunan once again. A large quantity of industry also moved or set up immediately in the best convenient zone where the Hunan-Guizhou railway brought about. The economic and cultural center in Western Hunan was diverted to Huaihua--which was named as " a city come into being with railway". However it was positive interactive relation of railroad and social and economic development winning totally. |
