摘    要:力量素质是各项目体育运动的源泉,力量与速度的关系最为密切,速度训练离不开力量训练。在女子业余短跑训练中应充分注重力量素质的提高,使之与速度素质协调发展,力量训练中采用在提高最大潜力基础上发展快速力量的方法,是提高女子业余短跑运动员力量素质经济实用的手段。

Abstract:Strength quality is the fountainhead of all sport items.The relationships between strength and speed are very close.Speed training cannot work without strength exercise.In order to develop speed and strength coordinately,it is very necessary to enhance the strength quality of female amateurs in their training.On the basis of improving the maximum potential during the strength training,developing fast strength is an economic and practical approach to enhance the strength quality of female amateur sprinters.
