| 摘 要： | 应激对免疫功能的影响是复杂的,机体往往因应激源的种类、刺激强度、持续时间、被测个体差异等不同而产生不同的免疫应答.在应激状态下,中枢神经系统、内分泌神经系统的异常变化是影响机体免疫功能的主要中介.身体锻炼作为一种有效的心理干预手段,可以通过多种途径降低心理应激反应.本研究试图采用免疫学、神经内分泌学手段,通过对促肾上腺皮质激素和T淋巴细胞亚群的检测,探讨中等负荷身体锻炼应对心理应激的免疫学机制.
