| 摘 要： | 苏俄的新经济政策是认识世界社会主义历史发展过程中的一个重点和难点问题。本文从社会主义建设理论的缺陷,新经济政策本身的弊病,民主决策体制的缺失,客观外部环境以及历史文化传统五个方面分析了新经济政策夭折的历史必然性。

| Abstract: | Russia's new economic policy is a key but also difficult issue to understand the historical development of the world of the socialism.This article analyzes the historical inevitability of mortality of this new economic policy in five aspects: the theoretical defects of the socialistic construction,the shortcomings of the new economic policy itself,the lack of the democratic decision-making system,the objective and external environment,the historical and cultural traditions. |
