| 摘 要： | 对中药连翘、红景天提取物抗氧化效果进行了比较.以1 mg/L维生素C(VC)作阳性对照组,采用分光光度法对中药连翘、红景天提取物按体积比1∶0,0.75∶0.25,0.5∶0.5,0.25∶0.75,0∶1比例混合进行抗氧化性能的比较.结果表明,中药连翘、红景天提取物及其混合物都具有一定清除自由基的作用.在相同条件下,...

| Abstract: | The study compares the antioxidant effects of the extracts from Chinese medicine Forsythia and Rhodiola.With 1mg/L VC as the positive control,we adopt Spectrophtometry methods to compare the antioxidant effects of the mixed extracts of Forsythia and Rhodiola in proportion of（1 ∶0,0.75 ∶0.25,0.5 ∶0.5,0.25 ∶0.75,0 ∶1）.The results show that both extracts of Forsythia and Rhodiola are effective in scavenging free radicals.Under the same conditions,Forsythia extract is stronger in removing oxygen and hydroxyl radicals than that from Rhodiola（P0.05）. |
