| 摘 要： | 青少年体育俱乐部是提高我国青少年体质健康水平的重要载体。从绩效管理具体流程的视角对影响其计划绩效、实施绩效、评价绩效及反馈绩效的各种问题进行了初步探讨,并建构了分析俱乐部管理绩效问题的理论研究框架。研究认为,青少年体育俱乐部管理绩效与其绩效管理程序密切相关,是计划绩效、实施绩效、评价绩效和反馈绩效综合作用的结果。 |

| Abstract: | Junior Sports Clubs serves as a key media to maintain Chinese youth fitness.The process of performance management in clubs allows this research to probe into some possible factors which might influence performance in such facets as in plan,in implementation,in evaluation and in its feedback.The job set up theoretical framework for analysis of problems while handling the performance in clubs.The result shows that the clubs’ management performance is closely related to their performance management process and it is the result from comprehensive performance among such factors as plan,implementation,evaluation and feedback. |
