| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的快速发展,生活水平和质量的明显提高,人们对休闲的需求日益增加,而传统的中学体育教育中又缺乏休闲体育的教育,面对新的需求,传统的中学体育教育受到新的挑战。本文阐述了在体育新课标＂健康第一＂理念下,学校实施休闲体育教育的重要性,并提出在中学体育课中开展休闲体育教育课程的建议,为中学体育新课标的实施注入新活力,为发展终身体育教育和素质教育奠定坚实的基础。
