摘    要:根据临界功率(CP:CriticalPower)理论,运用数学模型的方法来定量评定运动员有氧、无氧能力,它的形成与发展及在赛跑、自行车、游泳等项目上的广泛应用,为体能测试工作提供了新的手段。研究认为,合理地应用临界功率测试理论能够同时对赛艇运动员的有氧和无氧代谢能力进行客观评价,此外,还初步提出了运用临界功率理论对赛艇运动员进行体能测试评价和控制训练强度的具体方案。

Abstract:in accordance with the Critical Power concept the mathematical models were applied to quantitatively evaluate the aerobic and anaerobic capacity of rowers. This method has been established and developed,and has been widely applied in such events as running, cycling and swimming etc. A new means has providedfor carrying out physical efficiency tests. The results of this-study suggested that by applying Critical Powerconcept reasonably the aerobic and anaerobic capacity of rowers could be evaluated impersonally at the sametime. Furthermore, by applying this concept the concrete scheme was put forward for evaluating physical efficiency tests and controlling the intensity of training.
