| 摘 要： | 阐述了本市落实科教兴市、人才强市战略,促进地方经济发展,实现全面建成小康社会目标,必须要大力发展职业教育。在发展职业教育的过程中,必须要按照科学发展观的要求,创新职业教育发展机制,对全市职业教育资源进行统筹规划,实施战略调整和重组,优化资源配置和布局,充分发挥全市职业教育资源的聚合优势,调动社会各方面的积极因素,才能走出一条节约资源、提高效益,又好又快的职业教育发展之路。

| Abstract: | In order to implement the strategy of developing the city through science,strengthen the city through talents,promote the local economic development,and fully achieve the social goal of building a well-off society,we must vigorously develop the vocational education.In the process of developing vocational education,we must innovate the developing mechanism for vocational education in accordance with the requirements of the scientific developing concept,carry out an overall planning on all the vocational education resources in the city,put strategic reorganization and adjustment into practice,optimize the resource allocation and layout,and take advantage of all the vocational education resources to motivate the initiative of all quarters of the society.It is possible to form an excellent method of developing vocational education in the way of saving resource and improving economic effectiveness. |
