| 摘 要： | 为解决＂特岗计划＂实施中存在的＂对应聘者的农村从教素质考察不够、政策承诺与实际兑现存在落差、特岗教师聘期结束后入编尚存悬念等＂主要问题,使＂特岗计划＂成为促进农村教育师资队伍建设的长效机制,我们必须从以下三个方面对＂特岗计划工作＂加以改进：（一）进一步提高招聘质量,考察应聘者个性心理等综合素养;（二）以导师制对这一入职策略加强特岗教师入职引导;（三）完善相关政策,加强跟踪管理与服务。
