| 摘 要： | 学生管理是学校教育的重要组成部分,清晰认识学生自身特点是对学生实施有针对性管理的前提。可以运用系统聚类法中的最短距离法,按学生的思想品德、学习成绩、身心健康三项指标将学生分成四类,即优、良、中、一般,从而为学生管理工作者根据分类结果对不同类型的学生实施有针对性的管理提供科学依据。
