| 摘 要： | 《德伯家的苔丝》与《包法利夫人》分别是英国著名作家哈代和法国著名作家福楼拜的代表作,两部作品既有许多相似之处,又有不同的特点。文章别开生面地对这两部作品中的男性人物形象进行对比分析,力图还原他们对两位女主人公苔丝和爱玛悲剧的影响力和作用力。

| Abstract: | Tess of the D'Urbervilles and Madame Bovary are well-known masterpieces of the British writer,Thomas Hardy and the famous French writer,Gustavo Flaubert respectively.The two works share much in common and also have their own special characteristics. In this article,I make a comparative analysis of the male characters in the two works in an innovative way,trying to restore their influence and effect on the tragedy of the two heroines,Tess and Emma. |
