| 摘 要： | 社会诚信是健康社会的基本元素，是社会主义初级阶段市场经济发展的客观要求。我国是一个诚信缺失的社会，政府应该担负维护社会诚信的责任。我国政府在社会诚信维护过程中明显处于功能缺失状态，缺少社会诚信维护的认识、观念和经验。政府社会诚信维护体制的建立是建设社会主义和谐社会的基础。

| Abstract: | Social credibility is the basic element of a healthy society, and is the objective requirements of market e- conomic development in the socialism primary stage. Our society is a kind one of credibility lack, and the govern- ment should assume responsibility for maintaining social integrity. Our government is obviously in a condition of function loss in the process of social integrity maintenance, being short of knowledge, ideas and experience of social integrity maintenance. The establishment of government social integrity maintenance is the basis for building a so- cialist harmonious society. |
