| 摘 要： | 以凸轮反求工程与NC加工为背景,探讨实现CMM,CAD/CAM系统,NC机床一体化的一种加工方法。利用三坐标测量机(CMM)接触式测量,获取凸轮轮廓的若干数据;通过数据处理,传给Pro/ENGINEER系统,进行实体造型与NC加工;用三坐标测量机和EZ ISIS曲线曲面软件及数字化模型进行加工件检测。

| Abstract: | This paper discuss a cam processing method which combines CMM, CAD/CAM system and NC machine tool based on Reverse Engineering and NC tool. The data of cam contour are taken by touched measure using Coordinate Measuring Machine. After some processing the data is transferred to Pro/ENGINEER system to create the model and machining cam with NC tool. The processed parts are inspected with digital model by Coordinate Measuring Machine and EZISIS curve surface software. |
