| 摘 要： | 电视教材作为信息化教学资源的重要组成部分，为推动我国各级各类教育信息化发展做出了非常重要的贡献。但近年来在以计算机技术、多媒体技术和网络通信技术为代表的现代信息技术的猛烈冲击下，电视教材的发展与研究逐渐步入边缘化和非主流化境地，发展空间进一步萎缩，各方面都存在许多亟待解决的问题。
