| 摘 要： | 通过随机对全国54所高师院校国防教育现状的调查分析，特别是重点对高师院校国防教育教学、课程建设的调查研究中发现：高师院校国防教育课程建设状况不容乐观，存在不少问题，这些问题严重制约着高师院校国防教育全面深入、有效持久开展。针对存在的主要问题，提出了加强和改进高师院校国防教育课程建设工作的制度和措施，以期对高师院校国防教育实践与改革有所促进和启示。
