| 摘 要： | 12导联心电图作为一种心脏功能检测手段,广泛应用于医学的各个领域.在体育科研中常用于运动员的机能评定及训练监控之中.心脏猝死作为心血管意外中最极端的后果给体育运动带来了负面影响.研究证实,12导联心电图在运动前心血管疾病筛查体系中起到了重要的作用,它能够有效地鉴别诊断出心血管疾病,从而避免运动中心血管意外事件的发生.但是,心电图这种高精确性的检测工具有着无法回避的弊端,如：有限的医疗资源,费用昂贵,不适用于大样本人群的筛查等等.因此,心电图怎样在心源性猝死的筛查中发挥作用还有待进一步研究与探讨.
